The Dance of Consciousness

Sometimes I forget.“I am” is my only true reality—immediate, alive, undeniable. But when my attention shifts to thoughts, emotions, or sensations, I start identifying with them. I mistake the experience for who I am and lose touch with the silent presence behind it all.

In that moment, I become the observed instead of the observer. I get lost in the noise. But each time I return to being, a deeper, freer reality opens up.

That’s why, instead of “working from the office” of the mind, I come home—home to myself. And from that space, even amidst chaos, I see the world as it truly is: a dance of consciousness, a passing play… while I remain still, aware, and untouched.
