The timeless now

Our conceptualization of the notion of time is defined through the past, the present and the future. However, the past and the future are merely mental projections. Only the now exists, and this now cannot be defined, but can simple be made aware of. We are that Eternal Presence which including the mind whose purpose is to continually project this temporary illusion of time.
